She called back saying tht her issues have gone 
away and she can now print and such. Closing 
ticket.

She called and asked that someone call her back 
about this and keep her updated. She is leaving 
at noon today.

It says to check the permissions, all are 
allowed, but she is unable to open attachments. 
She restarted and was able to open one, but is 
getting the same message on the others.
