Michael Orr	Oct 17, 2006 04:25 PM	Couldn't reproduce the error. Linda was able to reach him at home. He said he'd had memory errors this morning, rebooted, and everything had ran fine. I opened Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and IE at the same time and browsed the web and never got any errors. Went ahead and installed the .net service pack just in case he was having the svchost errors. After that system seemed to perform exactly the same. Told him we'd close the ticket and he said he'd call back in if there were any future problems.	Add Attachment
