She called in and said that she is getting the 
same error message again. It did the updates last 
night and now it is stuck on that screen. She 
said that she hopes someone could fix this so it 
does not keep happening. Thanks

She was able to log in but then she opened 
Parking and got the error message. "Memory could 
not be read"
