I did all of his windows updates.  I told it not 
to ask about .net updates anymore.  I also 
cleaned out all of his temp caches.  I 
uninstalled msn search toolbar. I installed 
google.  I also uninstalled netscape.  He said 
he doesn't use it and get rid of it.
