She called back and said that the exact thing is 
happening again today. It was fixed for her 
yesterday she said. She will be gone after 11:30 
today but her office will be unlocked.

SHe has a meeting at 12:15 and she needs info 
from computer fro her meeting.

She can open her e-mail but when she looks at a 
message it freezes up.

Her icons are not in the right places. "svchost 
application error, memory cannot be read."

SHe cannot use CD player and she can't get onto e-
mail. SHe tried restarting her computer but the 
errors are still popping up. She uses the CD 
player mostly for her job she says.
