Thank you for your prompt response. 

Which program are you using?  The outbound server
on campus is cougar.wou.edu.  If you are using
Outlook (or something similar), you will need to
change the settings to the appropriate outbound
server.

Because you are under the WOU Domain, you are
connecting to the school server and would, thus,
be unable to contact any outside servers.  You can
try changing the outgoing server setting in your
program to see if it allows you access, but it
sounds unlikely to work.

Outbound: cougar.wou.edu
Inbound: sundown.wou.edu

I purchased wireless access, I have wireless
access, I can surf the web
and check my school email.  That is not the issue.
 The issue is that
while on the campus network, I cannot send email
through
mail.weilandhomes.com using my email program. 
Always tells me that it
cannot be found.  I can log into it through the
web interface and ping
it.  It works correctly everywhere but here and I
was wondering if it
was blocked for some reason.

I do prefer contact through email and my V# is
V00153199

called left message... machine was fine.  told him
why we couldn't put a thin client in.  also told
him that if we didn't hear back from him by
tomorrow morning, we would be closing the task. 
Gave him the task number and said he could call us
to reopen the task later.
