He called back and said that this is happening 
again, and he is now getting error 
messages. "Failed to load updates" and others. He 
said that once he rebooted he was not getting the 
errors. But he still needs someone to come and 
look at this. THanks

This has become a real problem for him.  He has 
printed out all of the error messages and if he 
isn't there the printouts will be on his desk.
