We told Mary Miller (in Karen Willis' position) 
that the printer maintenance kit would have to 
wait until it was really a problem, and now it is.

Diane Tarter's system is set up on the loaner
printer. Something still needs to be figured out
to replace their regular printer, but Joe said
that it was something they'd have to pay for.

She called to check the status of this.

Called to see if Diane Tarter was in so we could
get the last machine set up to this printer but no
one answered. Called Diane Tarter's number and
asked her to call us with times the machine will
be there for us to set up the printer.

the new printer.

I've updated inventory to reflect the current
location of the loaner printer. The lexmark is
still in their copy room.

Lexmark printer was broken. Either the printer
itself or the magenta tonger cartridge was broken
and there was toner all over the inside. I vacumed
up as much as I could then brought over a loaner.
HP Laserjet 4100 WOU#20010539[Edit Inv].

All their computers are now set to print to this
printer under the name 140.211.115.54 on the macs
and just HP LaserJet 4100 on the PCs.

There are two machines that still need to have the
printer set up. Diane Tarter needs to have it
added to her machine and the machine in the
conference room needs to have it set up. The room
was in use when I was over there. Karen said she'd
call tomorrow to have someone come over for those
two machines.
