She called in and said that she wanted to know 
the status of this task. When I told her that it 
had been completed she wanted to know what was 
done to resolve it. I was not able to tell her 
because there was no note.

The two students, Holly Bochsler and Courtney 
Stowell are working on two thin clients 
(20060099[Edit Inv], 20060101). Both of them printed 
documents around the same time but the print jobs 
appeared in the other persons print queue. After 
refreshing the print job list they now have print 
jobs from computers in the Warner University 
Center.
