Hello again,
I just found out from Jim Birken that Joe took a 
look at Mallard while he was over here earlier.  
It's currently jammed and everytime we clear it, 
it jams again.  So, I'm leaving it in it's 
current jammed state until Joe can come take a 
peek again.  :o)

Mallard (WOU #20031218) is jamming repeatedly 
without any visually jammed paper.  I can't find 
anything wrong with it, paper-wise.  Can you 
please check it out for us and find out why it's 
jamming?  I have unplugged it and re-initialized 
it several times today - this helps, but only 
temporarily...then it starts all over again.  We 
now can't get it to print at all.
