prints that way for portait and landscape... but
when you highlight it and print selection, it
works fine. The way it prints when printing as
you would in IE, it looks like it is trying to
print different sections on the paper, but the
middle section is just too large. Couldn't find
any settings in FF or the printer that could be
causing this. Brought printouts back to the
office. ((Also, I did not have to okay the print
job in my printcredit screen. Is it supposed to
be that way for this printer?))

I don't think I made it clear, but this issue
occured when printing from the thin clients in the
hallway. Not Leonard's computer itself.

WOU# listed is for printer. Leonard told me about
this problem when I was working on ticket 17503. I
figured out that if printing from IE the
transcripts would print fine, but if printed from
Firefox they would print one blank page with just
the page header, then a page with just the first
page of the transcript, then a final page with
just the header again. Not sure why this happens.
Thought I should make a new ticket for it.
