what joe means to say is that this was not a 
loaner machiine.  The printer was given to them 
to replace the crummy old one.

This printer is a loaner because the other 
printer was taken to get fixed back in Feb. She 
would like a new toner cartridge and she would 
like to know the status of the other printer.
