I went over and had her log out and log back in.
She got an IP and was up and running again. Ward
wasn't in the office and his machine was locked so
Dr. Burton said she would have him give us a call
if he continues to have problems.

I called and she said that Dr. Ward's connection
isn't working either. I'm taking a cable over to
check it for myself.

She called and said it is more than just her 
computer.

She called again to say that she dug around 
behind her desk and found that it is not the 
jack, and would like assistance.

She moved the book shelf and said there is a jack 
back there and it is all hooked up. She is on 
sabatical right now, so will probably only be in 
today.

She has no internet, network drives, etc. She 
said it looks like a cable comes out of her 
computer and goes back behind some shelves, but 
no cable comes out from behind the shelves. She 
will be in until noon. Her computer does not 
print either.
