I checked this out. I got one of the cameras 
working and am confident that I can get the 
others working as well, however some of the 
computers were getting SVC host errors. The lab 
will be open all day tommorow (the class was just 
starting so I left.)

Hi there,
 
I'm having issues with two computers in NS 204. 
Their WOU numbers are 20030776[Edit Inv] and 20030784[Edit Inv].
 
I am trying to use our Wolfe Digivu digital 
camera/microscopes with these computers. When I 
try to use the software, I'm not getting any live 
video feed, and I can't capture any images (using 
either Motic Images 2000 1.3 or Motic Images Plus 
2.0). 
Messages pop up that say things like "No capture 
device detected on your system", or else "You 
must be a member of the Administrators group on 
this computer to install this hardware", in which 
case it says the new hardware found is a USB 
device.
 
Can someone who has played with this issue before 
please come over? I'm not sure if the hardware 
*actually* needs to be re-installed, or if there 
is some way around that.
 
The class room is open for the rest of the day 
today (Monday). Tues there is class in there from 
8:00-10:50 and 12:30-3:20. If someone could come 
over between 11 and 12:30 tomorrow that would be 
great. Otherwise, the room is open all day 
Wednesday.
