Looked at the machine. It's to the right
immediately after you enter the writing center.
It's set up in a corner workstation area with
pictures of the staff around it. You can't miss it.

Was working just fine. Was able to go online, open
word, surf the web, etc. System wasn't displaying
any weird behaviour or random reboots. Closing ticket.

I actually made the task.  She says it is not a 
thin client.  I asked because of the silver/gray 
screen description.
