I didn't do anything. When I remoted into the 
computer she was on the phone, I checked the 
volume control and had her turn up the volume on 
the speaker then had windows play the astrisk 
sound (or whatever) from the sound control panel.

Called trying to catch her before she left, but
she's heading out. Try to get her between 1-2:30.

She thinks that the sound has just not be set up 
yet. She is in her office from now-11:30 and back 
at 1p-2:30p and then tomorrow most of the day.
