sorry for the incomplete note below I have 
delivered 1 of the 2 laptops to Linda root for 
use for a big conference trip when she gets back 
in a week or so they may still need some things 
set up on this laptop like printers or secure ftp 
for remote access to files.  Cindy's laptop is 
still needing to be delivered.  Linda noted that 
Cindy may be out of the office for the next week 
so go ahead and make contact via phone or email 
but don't be suprised if she doesn't respond 
right away

These laptops are ready to drop off.  The "staff" 
(non Cindy) laptop has no admin set.  If they 
know who might use it, please add them as admin.  
These folks TRAVEL.  Make sure to tell them that 
each person that will use the laptop will need to 
login to the laptop before they leave campus.
