She said she has had this problem before happen 
to her last week. And said that the message it is 
giving her says there is no printer selected. She 
has tried selecting various printers, but will 
not work. Said that last week when she had this 
problem she restarted her computer and it worked. 
She tried restarting the computer today, but 
won't let her turn it off.
