he's all set up. He knows he needs to purchase a
toner cartridge to take care of the line problem
and I got it to default to paper tray two for him.

Got ahold of him finally.  Turns out the problem
now is that it's defaulting to the wrong printer
tray. Going over there to check it out.

Forgot to mention it in my last note, but I called
and he wasn't in. Left a vm asking him to call
back in and let us know what the problem is.

The last problem with the printer of WOU#20030484[Edit Inv]
was that it was printing some lines on the paper
when it printed. Joe showed me how to check if the
toner cartridge or fusor was doing this. I went
over and checked it out and it appeared to be the
toner cartridge. I told him it would need to be
replaced and he said he'd order it. It sounds like
it's possible it didn't fix the problem.

Joe and this professor (if I remember correctly)
had some email shots fired. some background on the
printer itself is SR:[17286],[17287]

If my memory is correct this is the UNACCEPTABLE guy.

We searched for an original task and could not 
find one under Frankenberger or Olson.  It also 
sounded like he was returning a tech call to 
us.  If you want this task to wait until next 
thursday  I will ask Lance to get more 
information.

more information would be nice.  Sounds like a
possible duplicate task, if we had some more info
like WHY the printer is in the task list, then we
can match it up with the alt task or take careof
it on its own.
