She is on my replacement list but since she has 
no currrent issue I will be closing this task for 
the time being I will be doing more GFA in the 
coming weeks and plan to have them all worked out 
before the start of winter term

Problem's solved, but Joan told me Tricia wanted
to check on any 2001 machines with problems so I'm

Called. Evidently the problem no longer exists.
She said that everything looks different now
(IE7?) but that it works fine and we can close the
ticket.
