She is wondering when she will get her laptop 
back that she had an issue with. She has been 
using a loaner for a couple of weeks now.

Date: December 14, 2006 At 12:49 Memo: on campus 
able to log in, and responding to emails works. 
New IBM computer wont allow her to 
respond to email.

I wenmt to replace her recalled Dell battery and 
got more then I bargained for...She was having 
trouble logging in  and had different email and 
network passwords so I was gonna help her with 
account lookup But I couldn't login either cause 
the numbers keys were not all functioning...so I 
tried external keyboard but it was apparent the 
keyboard was totally on the fritz and causing 
other issues once you got it to boot...I have put 
it in a TECH INBOX to be checked out and Have 
also put a loaner laptop(UCS W#20031217) there as 
well.  She will need help still with getting her 
email and login straightened out and making sure 
that the loaner gives her access to everything 
she needs to work as this is her only station in 
ITC205A(no desktop)
