Hey Techs, we have a spare tray on top of the
shelf by the printer repair station.  Please paste
a WOU number on the bad tray and put in in or
around the warranty repair desk.

Tray 2 and 3 appear to be broken. The 
error "waiting to lift" is displayed when a print 
job is attempted. The metal piece that pushes the 
paper does not seem to be working. This was 
called in by "Eric."
