this seems to be working now. She made a point 
that I was calling about this today when it 
happened yesterday morning.

after she logged in for the second time, all her 
icons were back ans her desktop too, but when she 
tried to log in the calendar it did not do 
anything. It is still sitting there and will not 
let her in.
