****This is an email****
((sent to Marjory))
The problem with the addon bar has been occuring
with Google Toolbar since the upgrade. The good
news, in the case of the Google Toolbar, is that
IE7 has it "built in." What is the name of the
toolbar that you wish to use?

Chances are that the toolbar you want to use does
not have a version new enough to work with IE7.
This means we would have to wait for them to put
out a new one, download it, and reinstall it then.

Meanwhile, I am going to close out this task. Let
me know what the name of the toolbar is and I will
look into it.

User removed the toolbar from explorer and is
able to use attachments now, but she would still
like to be able to make attachments while having
the toolbar available. She is requesting that we
investigate this and notes that it is a lower
priority thing.

Problem started with the upgrade to IE7. When
user tries to perform an attachment in
communication express, explorer reports an error
concerning an addon tool bar and closes all
instances of explorer, making it impossible to
send attachments. Advised the user that she use
Firefox to send attachments for now.
