****This is an email****
I have the icon that says mail/no mail, only now 
it always says "no mail," even when there is new 
mail.
And using Firefox for email, I have to block and 
mark text for italics, etc.  Anyway to shift a 
setting so I can use  i etc?

She has an icon in her systray that notifies her 
of new email. She would like it to open up 
Firefox instead of IE when she double clicks on 
it.
