Went over and installed new machine. Removed old
machine from active directory.

He called back and said that he is wondering when 
his new machine will be installed because the one 
he has is froze again. He said that he willtry to 
reboot and see if that helps. He also wants to 
know if when the machines are switched will he be 
able to save everything.
