I have no idea why this made a difference but, I 
went into Windows, temp and deleted all files in 
there.  Then when Lenore logged in the machine 
created a profile for her.  I copied over her 
dsktop and all is well.

This is bizarre, and I'm not just talking about 
her *&^$^% mouse settings.  Windows was not 
recognizing her profile and now it will not 
create a profile for her. I ran the "profile 
cleaner" nothing.  I copied her desktop file to 
my share and deleted her profile thinking to 
force it to build a new healthy profile that I 
could then copy her desktop to.  When she logs 
in, it sets her up on the network but does not 
create a profile for her.

Then when she logged back on it said looking for 
files. It still took her to a different desktop. 
Her icons are all missing.
