IE7 was keeping her from downloading the file.
There was also a debug error on the page she was
accessing. I showed her how to get past the debug
error and tell IE to download the file for her.
She's all set and happy.

SHe said that this is not a big deal, vut she 
needs to know what to do. She thought that this 
had something to do with the Phishing filter. She 
did turn the filter off she said.
