its ghosting now

took machine to ghosting table.  Tried connecting
the ghost machine through both network jacks (on
the back) but could not get the ghost set up
either way.  Machine is still on ghosting table,
ready to go.  I unhooked the ghost machine back to
how I found it.

So I have put W#20060218[Edit Inv] cpu and W#20060328[Edit Inv] 19"FP 
to replace W#20010182[Edit Inv] and 20020172(17"FP) with a 
GFA setup sheet and all its goodies I am raising 
the priority of this task based on some 
information I rec'd from Tiffany regarding some 
ADA requirements that are needed forher with the 
updated Office version Please note there is also 
SR#17701 to deliver VideoPhone this can be done 
simultaneously and would be greatly appreciated

this machine which will get her Outlook 2003 in 
that process I am awaiting a call back

I have a request from BJ Rosenblad to upgrade her 
emaill software, Outlook 2000. She wants Outlook 
2003. Her computer is currently running Windows 
XP Professional version 2002 (service pack 2) and 
she says she also has Microsoft Office 2000 
Professional.
