this was working fine when I got there. He seemed 
to understand that it is difficult for me to 
solve a problem that cannot be replicated (I 
attempted to print from multiple computers in the 
room and they all worked fine.)

He sounds pretty frustrating.

This printer has been down on a regular basis.  
It is now making a clicking noise. The next 
closest printer is upstairs in NS 216.
