I ran the diagnostic test on it. It had an error 
on the DST Short test (hard drive)

He says this is important because he uses this 
computer everyday. Paul also says that one of the 
rubber feet on the laptop is missing.

figure out why it will not boot. There is nothing 
critical on the hard drive Paul says
