(What I did before... I had to kick it out of mash
and back into because it was not registering the
network at all.  No drives, right click, my
computer, the section for changing name/domain was
grayed out.  It fixed it for my profile, but she
was in class so I was unable to have her log on to
test it.)

We may need to take a look at your network drives.
 For this, we will need to have you present to log
in/log out a couple times.  I'm only in until 11am
today.  When are some times (if not today, monday
and tuesday) that you can be in your office for us
to come take care of that?

Also, if it will be after 11am, please forward
this to ucshelpdesk@wou.edu so that they can get
ahold of another technician to help you out.

Thanks for coming in to fix my computer.  I tried
to open up "My Documents" and still does
not open at all.  What do I need to do next to get
it open?

You have to have an interpreter to talk to her on 
the computer.

SHe thinks that it is frozen, she cannot access 
anything under Start either. She tries to open up 
the internet and it does nothing. She is deaf, 
and so you cannot call her. She said that she 
will be back in her office at 9:20a. Hopefully 
someone can be there then she says.
