She would like a call when/if this gets figured 
out. She needs them closed so she can open them 
in one server and continue her work today.

She then came back and the screen took her back 
to the log in page and to a different server. She 
then left again and the same thing 
happened;taking her to a different server. So she 
now thinks that she has files open in two 
different servers and she wants them closed. She 
does not know which servers they are so I do not 
know how much you can help. her username is:
