I took linda the Inspiron 5150 and advised them 
to be carefull as to which adapter they use with 
which model of laptop.  I also tagged the adapter 
with the Inspiron 4150 info so it will not be 
mixed up so easliy

Took over new laptop and Linda is set for her ig 
conference trip I brought back the Inspiron 5100 
with the power adapter that is giving them soooo 
much trouble Brian and I were able to determine 
that the adapter is not the one for this laptop 
and is NOT compatible(from Inp4150) I will touch 
base and email Linda with info and let her know 
that they will need to order a new correct 
adapter if they can not find original.  The 
laptop works fine with a correct adapter and will 
need to be updated and checked out before going 
back to WCPC I'm putting this in my list until I 
find out more from Linda about purchasing a 
correct adapter

She has to leave this afternoon and she is hoping 
to have the computer charged up by then so she 
can use it.
