Hi Patrick,

Kathleen Stuart had called about her machine being
slow.  As ASWOU is not general fund, it's not
within the replacement range.  It's a FY2001
machine, so it's going to be slow.  If this is
production machine (i.e. more than email and
office) I would recommend that ASWOU look at
purchasing a replacement machine.  If you wish to

This is a 2001 machine that IS not in a General 
Fund area and is not up for replacement it is up 
to ASWOU to fund a replacement for this station 
and if it is a "production" type of use the 
replacement of the machine should be suggested

It's a 2K1 machine in ASWOU...it's gonna be slow...so lowered the 
priority

User says someone had come to look at it a couple 
a weeks ago and "fixed" whatever the problem was, 
but now it's back to being slow.
