Hi Shaun and help desk people,

I had this happen with a patron the other day and 
it happened to me on Friday. The automatically 
generated email (see below) says that duplicates 
were deleted from my print queue. But what was 
really happening is that I was trying to print 15 
copies of a 1 page document and it wouldn't let 
me print more than one at a time. I had to keep 
sending it multiple times until I got the number 
I needed. I was using workstation 20040133. 

This is the same thing that was happening to the 
student with whom I was working, but she was in a 
hurry to get to class so I couldn't get her 
account info. She was not using the same 
workstation I used. 
 
Thanks for your help and any advice about 
troubleshooting this print issue.
