This was completed, I had installed it myself. He 
didn't see the new icon on his desktop. He found 
it now.

The software was Adobe Addition Upgrade from 1.5 
to 2.0 He said that Roy Bennett said it had 
arrived on campus was not yet delivered. Computer 
is located in ITC 005. Refer to task #17611 it 
says that it was installed. But Larry is saying 
that it is not???
