Went over and checked it out. Was unable to play
sound files on his login. Gave message that
something was wrong with the sound device even
though device manager showed it as fine. Also got
svchost error. Rebooted, logged in as myself, ran
the script and downloaded updates. Rebooted.
Everything worked fine on my login, but Frank had
to go to class so he wasn't there to log in as
himself and check.

If there are further problems it may lie in his
profile as everything worked fine on my login and
he is listed as an administrator on the box.
