She says that she tried loging into her 
computer,but it gives her a message saying the 
updates failed. It just happened today, gives her 
more messages when she tries to get into internet 
explorer...says the web page can't be displayed. 
Also says that when she opens a word document and 
tries to open a file says that word can't read 
open document. Says she won't be in the building 
but can have someone ask the hss office and they 
can open her office.
