WOU #20030545[Edit Inv] 
Last night when I went to shut down, install 
updates came up.  Well, it never did shut off.  
This happened before and I can't stand it, so I 
unplugged machine this morning.  Computer let's 
me login, etc. and then freezes up after about 10 
minutes.  I keep unplugging it, because the warm 
boot doesn't work and I am the one who should win 
the fight with this.  :)
 
Please help.
