Brought her machine back over to look at with Joe.
Narrowed it down to two updates that may be
causing the issue and I'm going home. Joe's going
to do some more work on it.

She just called back.  She is unable to play any 
music.  "Everything she needs to do her work is 
working just fine.  I just can't listen to my 
music."

Her machine came up a lot faster and she can 
access all of her apps now.

I uninstalled .net updates, Slingo, Viewpoint 
media player, ran the svc.bat file, deleted a 
bunch of old profiles, emptied her IE temp files 
and cookies, ran windows updates.
