Professor Paris,

I went over to ITC 003 and took a look at the
machine. it was in use by a student and nothing
seemed to be wrong with it. I asked the student if
they'd had any problems and they said it had been
working perfectly. The machine I checked was WOU#
20050124[Edit Inv]. If you encounter any further problems
with this machine please do not hesitate to
contact us. In the meantime I am going to close
our existing ticket #18022 as the machine seems to
be working properly.

Machine lives in ITC 003 computing lab (In the
wing across the parking lot from us). Went over to
check it out and a student was using it. System
looked like it was working fine. I asked the
student if they'd had any problems and they said
everything was working perfectly. I'm going to
email Joe Paris and ask him to let us know if
anything else goes wrong then I'm going to close
the ticket.

Sorry, I clicked send too quickly. The machine 
boots but the screen is unreadable. It seems as 
if every other column of pixels on the monitor 
are stuck off. The machine seems responsive, but 
is unusable in its current state.
