Network cable had come unplugged from the wall.
Plugged it back in and tested printing.
Everything's working fine. Closing the ticket.

Also the screen is frozen in iTunes and she can't 
force quit. She doesn't wnat to just turn off the 
power.

leave the door open if she leaves.

So she shut down her computer and when she 
restarted it and now she cannot get her Firefox 
or Safari to work. No error messages It jsut said 
that it cannot find the server.
