Hi BJ,

You can look-up folks in the global address list
(all WOU folks) in outlook.  It's really pretty
slow.  Perhaps a better solution might be to set
you up with Thunderbird for email.  This depends
on how much (and how) you use the calendar. 
Please let me know which solution you are
interested in pursuing.  I'll be happy to set you
up with either.
