She didn't have speakers installed. The system's
built in speaker worked fine for system sounds but
for music it sounded flat and dull. Installed some
spare creative labs speakers and everything
sounded fine. Closing ticket.

Was trying to listen to charly f.m. and the sound 
was very low. Tried going to the control panel 
and tried adjusting the sound. Her computer sound 
is low and it won't let her correctly listen to 
any programs dealing with sound.
