She called back and said that she would be in 
today until 1, then from 2 to 4.

no luck. This is the main department office and it
closes at 4pm. Someone will have to head over
there tomorrow or monday.

She checked for paper, jams, etc. but couldn't 
find anything wrong. She tried turning it off and 
on, but that didn't work either.
