He called back and said that it is not working. I

found some setting in the bios, told it to "wake
up faster" and saved.  We're trying it asgain.  He
will call when/if the problem returns.

He just called this in again.  He didn't tell me 
it was an ongoing problem unti;l I had entered 
the other problem  that task number is 18225.  I 
have recorded additional info on that task.  He 
says that he really needs this machine as it is 
the only one with video editing software.  and he 
has a project due.

changed his power settings as a hunch, Optiplexes
have been know for staying 'asleep' and not waking up.

saw that it wasn't working at his location,
brought it back here, it works and I fired up
premiere so far no problems...

He had to physically unplug it to get it to work 
again, which lasted about an hour. He said that 
now it is in a shut down mode and he said that he 
will leave it as is. No error messages.
