We have an OLD service request #18241 and it was 
regarding the I: drive not mapping on a 
computer.  The request came in  December 2006 so 
I'm sure it can be closed now but just wanted to 
double check that it wasn't still a problem  (WOU 
#20030802).

Let me know if this is still an issue.

It needs to be unfrozen so that c:\docs and
settings can be cleaned out.

This machine has frozen profiles.  Deep Freeze is
enabled.  Its the hl107 instructor.

My I drive mapped just fine, but Bryan Miagashima
came over and tried to log in and his I drive did
NOT map. There was a group coming in to use the
room at this point so I had to leave. They have
the room until 5pm tonight.

This ticket needs to be resolved so that a
presentation may be made tomorrow at 2pm.
