Closing ticket. Janeanne says they fixed it on 
their own (dragging a RDC shortcut to the start 
menu maybe?)

The icon was there earlier today between 11-1. 
The icon was missing for two different users when 
they logged in. A third user has a shortcut on 
the desktop and is able to run it, so the program 
is on the machine. They need the icon put back in 
Programs/Accessories/Communications for all users.
