took it over, set it up, had her log in,
everything seemed to be working.  She said she was
upset because she didn';t know that the thinclient
was onlythere temporarily "because no one told
[her]"  I apologized.  She was much nicer after that.

The system is currently sitting on my desk and
running 67(67?!) windows updates. I'm out until
Tuesday so whoever wants to take a look at this,
finish updates, and take it back to Judy's office
can feel free to do so.

I took over a thin client (WOU#20040493) and
brought back her tower (WOU#20030819) to the shop
to be worked on. Also took over a USB keyboard and
mouse. Left the PS2 keyboard and mouse on top of a
filing cabinet in her office.

Her computer will not shut down, she has to do a 
hard shut down because it freezes everytime.

tech said previously to call about this error if 
it happened again and now it has.  She'd like it
